Crystal Sound Baths

“The process of Painting and Sound Healing have become interwoven. Colours come like sounds and sounds have colours.”

Yoga, breath work, meditation and spirituality have always run alongside my painting and as with painting, when playing the Bowls.

“There is a moment when the conscious mind lets go and something magic happens.

On discovering Crystal singing bowls I experienced the many practices and trainings of a lifetime come together. For the past thirty six years I have been a professional artist, exhibiting at home and abroad. At the back of everything I have done has been a search for beauty, purpose and meaning. A desire to uplift people and environments.

When I discovered Crystal Singing Bowls, I was impressed with the healing power of the sound. An interest in healing and its connection with creativity and spirituality has always been present in my work as a professional art therapist.

An awareness that we are spiritual beings informs my approach to the Alchemy bowls. They have become a part of my spiritual practice, accompanying prayer, meditation and yoga. I have no doubt that they are instruments of transformation. Rest a while in their beauty and calm and feel their vibrations soothe and realign you.
