Yoga, breath work, meditation and spirituality have always run alongside my painting and as with painting, when playing the Bowls - ‘there is a moment when the conscious mind lets go and something magic happens.’

On discovering Crystal singing bowls I experienced the many practices and trainings of a lifetime come together. For the past thirty six years I have been a professional artist, exhibiting at home and abroad. At the back of everything I have done has been a search for beauty, purpose and meaning. A desire to uplift people and environments.

When I discovered Crystal Singing Bowls, I was inspired with the healing power of the sound. An interest in healing and its connection with creativity and spirituality has always been present in my work as a professional artist. As an Art Therapist I worked for the NHS, NSPCC and probation service and was Artist in Residence in the Renal Unit of York Hospital for six years.
