'Where the Owls roost' was painted though the Spring of 2020.  From the top of the hill, beyond the Gorse, you can see the river Derwent. Beside the river is an ancient woodland.  This is where many Owls live. If you visit at night you will hear them calling.

The painting is supplied in a beautifully handpainted double frame with gold leaf, created by local Yorkshire craftsmen and women.
